Available delivery destinations, options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. We currently fulfil Parevelle products through Selfnamed, which supports delivery to the United Kingdom, the United States and countries in the European Union. Delivery to Norway and Switzerland may also be available where checkout offers a rate. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please do not place the order using an alternative destination.

When will my order arrive?

For orders of up to 20 items, preparation typically takes two full working days before dispatch. Selfnamed currently estimates standard shipping at 4–7 working days to the UK and 2–5 working days to the US after preparation. Delivery to EU destinations varies by country. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; checkout and your dispatch confirmation show the available service for your order.

Tracking and help

We will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details when available. If an order is delayed or has not arrived, email hello.parevelle@mail.com with your order number. Please check the delivery address carefully before paying and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Import charges

Cross-border orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees that are not included in the checkout total. These can be payable by the recipient on delivery. If you are unsure whether charges apply to your order, contact us before placing it.
