Shipping policy

Available delivery destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. Parevelle orders are fulfilled through Selfnamed. Delivery is available only where a shipping option appears for your address at checkout.

For orders of up to 20 items, preparation typically takes two full working days before dispatch. Selfnamed currently estimates standard shipping at 4–7 working days to the UK and 2–5 working days to the US after preparation. Delivery estimates for EU destinations vary by country. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking information when available. If your order is delayed, contact hello.parevelle@mail.com with your order number. Please check your delivery address before paying and contact us promptly if you notice a mistake.

Cross-border orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees that are not included in the checkout total. These may be payable by the recipient on delivery. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about charges for your destination.
