Products and orders
We aim to describe our skincare accurately. Product images may vary slightly from the item delivered, and packaging and ingredient information should be checked on the item before use. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment for unavailable items.
Prices and payment
Prices and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to your order. Payment is processed through the methods displayed at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order and will contact you if this affects your order.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Available delivery options, charges and applicable estimates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping page for details. Your cancellation and return rights, including rights for faulty goods, are described in our Returns and Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Website content and Parevelle branding are for your personal use. Please do not misuse the site or reproduce our branding without permission. We may update site content and these terms from time to time; the terms applicable to an accepted order are those provided at the time of purchase.
